You know, usually there's no way but to use them. Most advertisers providing their own banners don't allow custom creatives.
As @Daria_WapEmpire says, most Affiliate Programs who supply creatives for you to use are pretty against you designing/posting your own.
SKU Feeds supplies a wide variety of banners/creatives to all its members with various sizes to meet common advertising spaces. However we are welcome to discuss creative designs with Affiliates and create new banners for Affiliates to use if they require them.
In my opinion it's always good to speak to your Affiliate Manager and ask them to approve design ideas for creatives before posting them off your own back!
