U.S. House panel approves bill giving Biden power to ban TikTok

The U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee voted on Wednesday along party lines to give President Joe Biden the power to ban Chinese-owned TikTok, in what would be the most far-reaching U.S. restriction on any social media app.

This came out of a House committee --it's not a passed law yet

I doubt it will get banned but this is a good lesson to not put all your eggs into one basket

I think it should be banned, because having it young people's lives depend on it, and it's not good for national security either.

Believe me, there will be a clone replacement for TikTok --Platform owner's ByteDance and their People's Republic of China (PRC) masters are at issue. There will be no need to reach TikTok by proxy if these proposed bans by the US and the EU get enacted.
Any patents granted to ByteDance could probably be rescinded. Understand, the basis here is political and jurisdictional.

Well for me its not a big deal as i am tired of easy ladies who do onlyfans and they only show their ass and boobs on the platform for promotions and they are not a model for young generations

Well i dont have a problem with them making money just that some of them act like beying on a porn site .Hey ladies its a social media network .Go and register to a porn site where your place belong
