Traffic to opt in page from adult networks: has anyone tried this Method?

Traffic from adult network sites directed to an opt in page in order to generate leads in internet marketing niche.

Traffic from network like Traffic Junky, Exotic Ads, etc, are incredibly cheap.

Has anyone tried to buy this traffic and direct it not to an adult site but to an opt in page in internet marketing niche?

I see there's a option in Traffic Junky which is not adult niche but business niche.

Tried it? Which are the parameteres and results you had?

I wanna try it to add it to my lead generation arsenal.
