I noticed that I have lost back links when I switched from HTTP to HTTPS . Please let me know if there is any tool to check the lost back links so that I can rework on them.

While migration there will be lose in the backlinks. You can use normal backlink checking tool to check backlink of your old site( without https). After migration start creating backlinks for your site (with https)
