The repetitive WordPress funnel setup is such a time sink

Every time I launch a new offer I'm doing the same manual grind spin up a squeeze page, wire up the opt-in form, write 4-5 follow-up emails, drop in the offer link with sub-ID tracking, test it, then repeat for the next campaign. None of it is hard, it's just slow, and it eats the time I should be spending on the actual offer/traffic side.

Curious how others here handle this on WordPress specifically. Are you stacking a page builder + separate ESP + link tracker every time, or has anyone found a way to collapse that into one flow? Tried Thrive and a couple of the SaaS funnel builders but either paying monthly for something I could self-host, or still gluing 3 plugins together manually.

What's actually working for you guys?

That's why pros use HTML templates -- not WordPress. Once you find the template versions that convert best -- you clone them to the offers. Maybe, alter the look with some CSS and viola!

If you really want to go to the next level, start building your team. It is what all of us do at some point. You cannot do everything yourself anymore. Too much to navigate and accomplish without a team of freelancers for various areas of your business. Start with a credentialed freelancer that will build your landers and sites in HTML5. They're the fastest and lowest maintenance.
