Its quite amazing how most webmasters do not use their site stats to identify and optimise their site traffic.

Do you use your site stats for site optimisation, how have you used it and did it improve your traffic?
 
Of course you should look at you're stats. I wrote an article on web traffic and how to look at your stats properly.

The most under rated yet probably one of the most important stats are the "Exit" pages.

Most people get caught up in looking at the UV's.

Monitoring your stats can help with keyword optimisation and conversion.

Web Masters who don't look at their stats and carry out detailed annalysis, are trying to swim the Chanel with their wellies on.
 
I've become more and more stats obsessed with a few of my niche websites. Probably spend too long. It helps so much with keyword optimisation and exploration :)
 
One of the most important factors are times filled on the side for me. He is important for the value of this not to be subject to a particular level. If he decreases I have to realize it that the reason of this
