Setting up FB campaign

Went into the ads manager for FB to set up my first campaign to try it out.
I want to test out 3 different ads to collect data.

I created my campaign, and created 2 ad sets - each with one ad.

I noticed though when I click the first ad set it shows me one ad, but when I click the second ad set it shows me both the first ad, and the second ad for that ad set.

Did I do something wrong here? Haven't really been successful finding info about setting up campaigns online anywhere yet. Any help would be appreciated.

You somehow added both ads to one o the ad sets. Test this by removing one from the ad set with two ads.
