Setting up BuzzCity on Voluum

I know there are guides out there but it's a little confusing to me.

I need to set up a postback url in the 'traffic source setup' within voluum.

I went to buzzcity and checked out the settings.
There, it talks about clickcode and buzzcity macro and requiring some domain to put into this URL: http://mytargetsite.com/target.php?clickcode={clickcode}

All I want is for it to spit out a simple url which I can paste in voluum.

Any idea what it's talking about and what I need to do?
