Don't laugh any one's question you are laughing on your self becoz if you know the answer try to give answer but if you laugh means you don't know answer
You are asking how to start a network. If you have to ask how to start a network, it's because you have not researched this in anyway. In fact, you cannot spell the word "survey" correctly. It demonstrates an unlikely ability to communicate properly which implies you are not properly prepared to start a network or a similar business.
This is why networks may find your questions comical. It's not funny to you, but to other networks it's kind of like a construction laborer asking how to build a skyscraper. The person is over reaching, which means you may be over reaching. It was you that created this thread in the Newbies Helpdesk. There are no Newbies on the planet that are prepared to create and properly manage an affiliate network.
In addition, while I do take my hat off to you for being ambitious, this community focuses on helping members become successful affiliates, not becoming network owner/operators.
