I think I heard of this in a Teespring mastermind group.
I'll have a look at older posts and get back to you if I find the answer, but I remember it was possible.
There is an option if you go to teespring account settings where you can check "Do not show any of my campaigns on Google and other search sites" which claims to do it. I have activated it but i still found my campaigns on Teescover and teeview.
