Recommendations for Outsourcing

I am pretty new to internet marketing and have realized that i HAVE to outsource most of my projects if I am going to make it.

Does anyone recommend anyone I can outsource to?
Or a really good outsourcing site?
What about really good overseas outsourcing (like the Phillipines?)

I basically need Wordpress experience... aweber campaign setup... backlinking... article writing... things like this.

I don't have any outsource contacts, but it seems that a virtual assistant could do most of what you need except maybe the Wordpress piece.

You could try placing an ad at DigitalPoint for help.
