Do pop up and pop under ads work for dating CPA offers?

Many say they do, nothing to add. Not my niche.
Better than popunders; onclick redirects might have less bots and better engagement with the landing pages and offers.
These type of ads, forced referrals, have low real engagement rates --like 10% to 20% tops.

They do work, but you will need to be very proficient at filtering the traffic. Loads of traffic, but loads of bots to filter. Get good at filtering your traffic, and you will make it work well!
