a) Decide what kind of business you want to start and your goals for that business

Here are a few steps off the top of my head

1. Study and learn how to select, set up and run campaigns
2. Build your email list
3. Analyze your data and optimize campaigns
4. Invest to scale
5. Keep track of all your income and expenses; pay your taxes and other source deductions
