This isn’t a new market. That data’s been sold cheap for years by established vendors. Saying it’s ‘never used’ is a red flag. Feels like you haven’t fully researched the space or the competition. Most states don’t require an EIN to form an entity—it’s federal and usually obtained after. ‘Nature of business’ is often just ‘any lawful purpose,’ and NAICS codes are typically for tax filings, not incorporation.
