Well it doesn't surprise me. The only way people will get vista is if it comes on a new pc they are buying. If you wanted to upgrade to vista with an older pc your better off buying a new pc instead!
I think the price of window vista is very high thats y its not having that much sale .....I think Microsoft have to take some steps to improve this problem..
