Unique contents and good backlink building program. Just posting stuff from other sites will not get you that many visitors

Try also to target good keywords where many people search. You need to know what people want to look for. Try overture or google free keyword tool for this.

I would suggest more spacing between paragraphs in the main content. Other then that, the layout is clear and concise, with an informative factual look and feel.
