Yes, the site is cached --that is to only way to have good speed with WP if you have volume.
Polling the MySQL for each request takes a lot of resources.
Also MySQL caching has limitations.

I checked out their site, and it's fantastic to see a company dedicated to eco-friendly plastics. When I peeked into the source code, I noticed it was optimized with WP-Optimize. That's a smart move for website speed and efficiency! However, they should work on the design, so I'd suggest they That would make everything perfect.

It's nice, but I have a feeling this would be easier to do in some frontend framework. The site is basically one page static website.
