I didnt know there are services like these and given Facebook's strict policies, Im skeptical if you are buying REAL people or just automated profiles...or paid profiles/people....????

I have not tried those sites, but they are most likely genuine sites.

If your looking for likes and such, try Get paid to sites like amazon's mechanical turk.
