I think most of you are really missing the primary issues here. @Baby Boy doesn't have any knowledge developed yet about promoting an offer, or the use of landers, and there has been no mention of a plan, a budget, or learning to use a tracker.
What @Baby Boy needs is to select one traffic source, one tracker, and one vertical niche to start. He needs to get into the trenches with a plan, a budget, and a determination to master his choices before expanding and/or changing directions. Otherwise he'll just stay confused!

2. I suggest utilities/applications. However the best would be starting with what you understand yourself. For example, if I were lonely guy I would start with dating (as it's what I know something about), if I were sexy macho I'd run porn stuff (joking). The point is to start what you know and feel about.
3. You may chose any you wish. Personally Voluum is better. However if you quite low in bugdet you may start using single network so there would be no need in tracker.
4. Same any. Just reach what you like most.
5. Depends on offers you like.

All excellent questions. Part of the experience of building your business is reviewing the products and services yourself, learning the differences and the similarities. Use our Wiki to learn the definitions and the buzzwords of the industry. We can't decide for you what verticals, to use, what trackers to use, etc. You really need to take the time to teach yourself by creating a pattern of learning.
Read through the forum about verticals like relationships, money, health, etc. Find one that interests you and then find a niche within it to promote. Read through the information here about the various trackers and select the one that most interests you. Do this for traffic sources as well. Once you have selected these three, then you can create threads for help with them when needed. We cannot make your decisions for you, you must learn and make your decisions and then ask for help putting it together.
Stop trying to shortcut the learning process, it is necessary for you too be your own boss, make your own decisions, and all based on your own research. Then we can all help you with the implementation of your decisions. This is an important part of your growth in this industry. Don't take shortcuts when you are new to this business.

You not need to worry much about the application you just send. The reviewing process has been a common thing in most marketing companies and the main aim is just to weed out the people who are qualified or professional marketers. There are these people who have no clue of what may be going on and will end up spamming peoples websites in the name of making traffic. In so doing, they will be tarnishing the name of the company. You need to have a landing page soon though not that urgent.
