Number of redirects before it is too many

I used Redirect Detective to see how many redirects my offer had before it got to the LP.
(manufacturer supplied LP through network)

One offer had 3, so it would have 4 when I added my Tracking Desk (TD) link.
Another had only 1, (2 with my TD)

I though that both LPs were slow compared to my blog but the slowest one was a Google Pagespeed of about 77 and a mobile speed of 55.

Is there a network that has a more direct connection to offers and that allows new guys.

I use MaxBounty and Peerfly, but they are both about the same for redirects.

If redirects effect the speed of a page do they also effect the tracking. I read (FinchSells) that it did but the material was about 2 years old, so I don't know if things have improved.
One thing I do know is that I leave slow loading pages all the time.
(for instance, I left the 728x90 Monitizer banner above this forum because it would not load in a timely manner)

The speed of the pages is very much dependent on the hosting service provider. This is where you need to be always careful when making such a deal. The pages that load very slowly are annoying and will not help you much as compared to those that have a good speed. Speed and bandwidth are key factors when it comes to hosting.
