Newbie Question PPV (LeadImpact)

I have started PPV (LeadImpact) for several days. I used my own LP and I have some question about popup that showing ads. I have tried to download software for preview ad but it seem not showing (tried US IP). My questions are:
- Pop up that showing ad can be scrolling ? If my LP is larger than 800x600 (it has a long form)
- Can I use <a target="_blank" to get a new window for my button? Does it work ?

Hey there the default pop up window which pops up is not scrolling , Also you can not maximize it using maximize button (square box on top right) , that's why we do use target="_blank" using this window will open in same size but can be easily maximized by clicking maximize button (square box on top right) ...

Tough it depends on I.E versions
