Hey everyone. I am new to this forum. I am an affiliate manager and I have recently launched an affiliate program. The program is for a product in the B2B world (not crypto/trading/casino/etc). Does anyone have tips on how to scale the program? Where would I be able to find affiliates? Where can I promote my program? Any help will be great!!

There is a wealth of knowledge on this forum as well as on other blogs. It will be a good idea to post interesting entries on this topic and ask for details. It's hard to give advice right now because every project is different.

Hello Ennyshm,

good luck with your product! B2B affiliation is certainly possible, can you share some other information about the niche or the nature of your product?

We have free business listings on AffiliateFix. A listing here comes with the privilege's to promote an affiliate program to our members.

Tell us more please. Is your affiliate program established? Do you have an affiliate management platform implemented with an affiliate dashboard included?

That said;

  • There are other forums with affiliate traffic
  • Hire affiliate managers with industry contacts currently
  • Attend affiliate conferences and trade shows globally
  • Use paid PPC advertising to reach out
Most importantly have a few exceptional or exclusive offers that are either disruptive or have data you have compiled that actually are profitable --some credibility in the market or at least some proof of concept (POC) indicating real potential.

I'm surprised a company would place these responsibilities in the hands of someone that doesn't already have this experience. Of course we are more than happy to coach you along, but you need to understand that properly recruiting productive affiliates is a developed skill and requires an offer, or offers, to promote that make sense. Remember, good and great affiliates invest a great deal of money and time in setting up proper affiliate funnels.

A great way to build a contact list from scratch is with an aggressive referral offer. Without knowing anything about your actual offer, I'd consider cashflow and how much of a referral I could offer in the beginning to get the right kinds of affiliates interested... or at least an introduction to the right kind of affiliates.
