I actually went to Giphy today searching for cat gifs
Then saw "GIF" on the menu and clicked ...

How about red colored text links with no underline?
Underline on hover?
Could be only for internal links to stop abuse?
External links with emoji?

The [ ] was toggled maybe? There is to feedback of it's status so it my be my error? Or, it was fixed? IDK
