This Russian's English accent sucks but if you can stand the strain on your ears (<ouch>) he does express why the hyperleger is T-R-U-T-H
You just cannot cheat or shave the other parties' rights to compensation ... that is far to common (in reality or as a concern) in this affiliate business in general
