My plan to promote offers

Last night when applying to promote non incentive offers on adworks media it's asked me to detail how I planned on promoting the offers and here's what I said : (I will hire a professional to build a completely compliant landing page. I will then hire a specialist to draft a compliant Facebook add and manage the campaign to optimization. I will allow the ad to run for a while and collect data. I will then build lookalike audiences and scale the campaign. Thanks ) do you think they'll approve me or did I say something wrong there?

I think your right, but you should link terms and condition, privacy policy, cooking policy, about us pages, so that helps easy to understand your visitors and adwords support center
