Guys, how do you deal with the seasonality of your niche? As far as I know, many verticals have this issue and I'm just wondering what you do when the low season comes.
 
Rotate the items/offers to display during their favorable 'seasons' --seems the logical think to do.
Halloween costumes don't sell well (if at all) in the spring at a retail level B2C.

I agree with Graybeard, rotations with specialty niches is a must.

It isn't so much an issue with content sites as they are enriched with information in such a way that they can be ready for most any season or holiday promotions.

If you know that low season will come, you just have to be ready for that and switch to another niche once it will come or take a rest a couple of month
 
When it comes to marketing, there are several funnel timings to incorporate. Some are seasonal, some are adaptable to current affairs, some are evergreen and always appropriate. Pick your targets accordingly.
