Looking to Improve Affiliate Management Skills

Hi,

My name is Sean. I'm a registered dietitian and co-own/formulate for a nutritional supplement company, Dietetic Advantage LLC. I've also gained the title of affiliate manager and looking to improve my ability to help the company grow through this means. My background is in sciences (degree in nutritional science - dietetics and a 2nd one in Exercise Physiology) so affiliate management has been a new challenge that I've enjoyed. I appreciate the opportunity to learn from others within this community.
