Looking for software that keeps track of rental checks and costs?

[FONT=&quot]my friend is looking for software that allows him to add up costs from rentals his owns and DVD he sells; he currently does everything by hand. Is there any software that does this, specifically for small personal business? One that is relatively cheap but flexible and allowing some reports as an output.[/FONT]
