Is It Legal To Receive Payment From CHATURBATE In INDIA?

Hello friends, I am from India and I was promoting Chaturbate SOI offers. I made $89 and now I want to payout through Paxum. But some guy told me that receiving payments from adult affiliate programs is illegal in India. is there anyone from India here, who has received payments from Chaturbate? Please help me as this is the first time I have made any money on internet.

I am from India, promoting Affiliate programs since ages, and i dont think promoting any affiliate program is illegal as far as you are not a fulfillment or drop-shipping house for any tangible product that may be considered illegal.
