The daily traffic is around 17-40 people per day and around 1,000 per month.

hello dude, i will think if i were at your spot to promote some offers that could be interesting to your audience what do you think about this? Also it should be helpful to try to drive more traffic to this.

Just 40 a day is not enough for redirecting, you're better off promoting a job site offer or something.
