Seeking Help Ace Partners: Commissions accepted but payment keeps being delayed

Hi everyone,


I’m looking for some advice regarding Ace Partners.
I generated traffic for them in July and my commissions (around €4,000) are already marked as Accepted. Normally, this status means the advertiser has validated the traffic and the network has been paid.


However, the payout keeps being delayed. Since August 7th, I’ve been told about “security verification,” but the deadline has been pushed back week after week.


I have already provided all the required documents and proof of promotion (Google Analytics, social posts, screenshots, etc.), yet the payment still hasn’t been processed.


I’m not here to accuse anyone, just to understand:

• Has anyone else experienced similar delays with Ace Partners?
• Are such long verification periods common with them?
• For those who worked with them before, did you eventually get paid after your first month?

I've never used them, I'm not in the iGaming niches. They've been around about 10 years, but there is some skepticism lately about their stability.

Anyone that drags out, or delays, payments after approvals have been issued are often experiencing financial difficulties and/or has an advertiser that doesn't pay them.
