Okay, BeMob is pretty easy to set up, as are most of the trackers these days and all of them usually have some video training.

Maxim Denisov is the rep that was here for more than four years and was always helpful with the members. He hasn't been around the past few months and I can email him to see if he can offer any in depth info for you.

I read through their very useful Help Center interface and found an abundance of the information you are seeking. Have you looked at any of that yet?
