Working in affiliate marketing, can I direct users straight to the checkout page from a bridge page?

That's up to the offer, and if relevant, what the affiliate network negotiates.
You need to sell the offer within its terms—that's why that may, or not, be available to you.
Ask, whoever it is that you are doing CPA for their answer—bottom line.
