How do people do it? People here seem to have a bad impression twords online surveys. Their natural reaction is fraud.

It definitely depends on the ones you're promoting. People think fraud because there are so many survey-related scams out there.

To get past that you have to differentiate what you're offering from the crowd. Address their concerns. Make it easy for people to ask you questions.
