How do I get affiliates actively promoting my digital products at Gumroad?

I have created many digital products, including an AI Course. I am selling them through Gumroad. I am willing to offer a 50%-75% affiliate commission. But how do I get active affiliates? Currently, I have over 40 affiliates. But most of them are not actively promoting my products, even when there is a huge demand for my AI Course, which is selling well at Udemy.

Looking at your other Gumroad products, what percentage of affiliates were actively promoting them in the first 3–6 months after launch? Comparing that to your new AI Course may reveal whether the issue is timing or the product itself.

Since AI courses are highly competitive, that could explain lower promotion rates. Gumroad affiliates often come through the marketplace—are you also recruiting your own affiliates outside Gumroad? Consider the 80/20 rule of marketing that applies to affiliates also.

So if that’s the case, then there aren’t any other products of yours to compare affiliate stats against this AI course. And remember, 75% of nothing is still nothing—experienced affiliates focus on conversion ratios and net profitability, not empty percentages. Starting new threads just to get agreeable replies won’t solve the problem. What value is there in sycophant answers when what you really need is honest feedback?
