Upload a thumbnail with the filename the keyword
Put the keyword in the meta tags of the image file.
Start the video by saying the keyword.
Upload closed a CC file with the keyword at the beginning.
Get it as many views in the first 24 hours as possible.

I think this is just for the less competitor keyword. If the medium or high, you can't rank with just above.
