How to promote lead generation tool?

Hi,
We have created a lead generation tool for collecting leads from Google Maps.
It's a free tool right now. Suggest me some marketing methods to promote our tool.

Well, tools like that do not result in providing leads. A lead is a validated source with validated interest in a specific value, specific feature, or a specific benefit.

I see you also have a scraper and those are only used for spamming. Scraping is valueless because it only provides information that has absolutely no defined interests or opt-ins from those you steal the data on.

Google maps is good for website content and developing leads in an abstract way.
I was working on developing a real estate distressed property site and mortgage marketing business.

I had developed a query using US government public access info to present a demographic profile of any address typed in.
Google maps was just for an online pre-inspection of a property (a small part) so in abstract it helped to develop the lead profile.

I ceased development waiting for the next 'property crisis/crash' --that has happened from time to time.
