Seeking Help How to fix "Circumventing Systems" policy issue in Google Ads?

Hi guys,

I'm currently running Google Ads for an affiliate offer in a competitive niche, and I'm facing the "Circumventing Systems" policy issue. I’ve already tried a few cloaking tools in the past, but they only worked for a short time and then failed, so I ended up wasting money.

Recently, a friend suggested tools like TrafficGuardian and Cloaking House, but before investing again, I’d really like to hear honest feedback from people who have actually used them. Are these tools still working in 2026, and how long do they usually last before getting flagged? Also, is there any safer or more sustainable way to deal with this issue?

If anyone has experience running ads in similar niches, I’d really appreciate your insights.

Thanks in advance!

Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result—is unlikely.
Tip: Google uses proxies with IP's that these cloaking programs do not know in advance.

Hey i have dealt with the same circumventing systems issue recently. Honestly, most cloaking tool can still work in 2026, but none of them are safe if the overall setup is weak.

I've tested few options, including Trafficguardian, and it seemed a bit more stable in terms of filtering and handling different types of traffic compared to some old tools but how long it lasts really depands on your setup things like domain quality landing page, page and how aggressive your campaign is.
from what i've seen people who combine a decent cloaker with funnel and less risky approach tend to last longer without getting flagged.

  1. Review policy guidelines.
  2. Audit campaigns for violations.
  3. Check account history for suspicious activity.
  4. Contact Google Ads support for assistance.
  5. Make necessary changes to comply.
  6. Submit an appeal with explanation.
  7. Be patient and follow up for updates.

It's a cat and mouse game you cannot win. You may get some short term gains on other platforms, but overall you are fighting against a company that is bi8llions of time smarter than you and with a budget that is billions of times greater than yours.

Why fight them when complying can earn better than cheating?

Because this world's full of little thieves that get ground into the dirt daily.
It's always been this way and it probably always will be.

So ttrue!

I've got a few die hard BH friends still hanging in there. I look at the volume of crap they go through to earn and it just stymies me. Can't get my head around it. It's more work than I put in. I think they just don't want to learn new skills as long as that pathway is available to them in some form.

Forget cloaking, I used to do brand bidding and it's just a cat and mouse game. No compounding effect at all. You're always starting from zero. Meanwhile I have this friend who knows absolutely nothing about ecommerce, but because he had no clue what he was doing he just focused on building a real brand store, and honestly he's doing pretty well for himself.

Honestly, cloaking tools might work for a while, but it’s usually a constant cat-and-mouse game with Google. Even the “good” ones eventually get detected, especially in competitive affiliate niches. Most people burning money on this aren’t failing because of the tool — it’s because the niche itself is heavily monitored. The more sustainable approach is usually:
  • cleaner landing pages
  • softer ad angles/prelanders
  • warming accounts properly
  • diversifying traffic sources instead of relying only on Google Ads
In 2026, account quality and trust matter way more than the cloaker itself.

Perhaps the best investment you can make is to pay an insider to tell you exactly where the problem lies. Then you’ll know what needs to be fixed and improved
