How to drive traffic to your website?

Patience is key. I was patient.

I typed around 40 2000-4000 word articles on a website two years ago. I’ve let it sit since then.

I used keyword research for these articles, targeting phrases that were searches for a bit, with hardly any competition.

I still haven’t had a single real visitor in over these two years. I’ve had 52 visitors, and all of them are bots that visit at 12am.


“Write good articles, and wait.” What am I missing?

The topic and the content really matters A LOT.
Consider:

• Why are you different from the crowded field?
• Why an what you are doing in some niche market or offering some exceptional value going to work?

There are 1 billion domain websites and there are only a few winners in search.
If you really think you have something good you need to spend time and money promoting it.
