One interesting takeaway is that GEO selection isn't really about choosing the highest tier anymore. The discussion shows that competition, local behavior, available traffic volume, and proper localization often have a bigger impact than the GEO label itself.
We've also seen many campaigns perform better after expanding into several carefully selected Tier-2 markets instead of relying on a single Tier-1 GEO.
Testing multiple regions early usually provides much better data than assuming one market will outperform the others.
