Totally depends on the network, some hours some months - some have back logs of 1000 applicants and it takes time to get through them, some wait until they have spoken to you etc it differs. It may help emailing and reminding their approvals team!

A good thing to always do is to drop the network an email. Include your tax forms. This lets the network know you are interested and serious.
