What should be on my homepage?
Should I put the product images, reviews and affiliate links on my homepage?
In other words, What should the visitor see once he access to my site?
Probably depends on what you are selling, but in general the sky is the limit. Might I suggest you look at what your competitors are doing. Do a Google search for your products and see how they have set up their sites. See what is most common and start there.
I also recommend you put yourself in your ideal customer's shoes. What would attract you to a site in this niche? What would make you want to stick around and click to get more content?
Also think about Google. Without traffic you won't make sales, so you need to please the Google God's unless you want to buy traffic. Google does not really like affiliate links so I def would not put a lot on the home page.
PLUS the home page is easiest to get highly ranked. Again it really depends on the niche, but I would in general recommend lots of great keyword rich content on home (to attract spiders and searchers) with good link structure taking people to your money pages.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. Please apply for membership using a personalized email prefix. Something like bob@xxxxx.com.
If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
