Help with Bid Management

Can anyone offer any advice for bid management in traffic vance/propel media?

I have a campaign with about 800 targets with about 200 conversions, spread across about 50 targets.

I tried using "open bid" but this is way off, either too low or too high.

Try stagnated bids, set up campaigns for different bids, low bid, medium bid, and high bid.

Do you mean set the same bid for all targets? Eg.

Low bid campaign = £0.011
Medium bid campaign = £0.050
High bid campaign = £0.100

How would you manage two targets one with a high conversion rate and one with a low conversion rate in the same campaign?

Would you keep the bids the same still?
