Are you buying a traffic for your landing pages or content sites, or are you providing offers and need affiliates, media buyers, etc.? If you are buying for your landers, why not just buy from the myriad of traffic sources?

I suggest you go to some other forum/board if you can't qualify as a resource here. Some have sections for *rando" offers—with no qualification—we don't.

Unless you're buying for your own account, that would be different.
But since you don't answer, we can only assume otherwise.
