Hello all, brand new here. I've owned CurbNumbers.com since 1986 and just yesterday created DatingNoCost site. Been visiting a few forums like this to see if anyone has valuable advice to give about the new site. I have to use wordpress to build it and I;m sure I'll be back in this forum to ask a few questions. My established site I've used weebly for years and it's simple and I know it well. Wordpress used by Bluehost and weebly by ipage. They recently merged and I ask Bluehost if I could change my web hosting to ipage since they're now the same company and they said no because ICANN rules say new sites have to wait 60 days to change web hosting.

The ICANN 60-day rule applies to domain name registrar transfers, not web hosting. Here's the distinction and the correct citation:
Transfer Policy
The Transfer Policy is a procedure that allows domain name holders to transfer their names from one ICANN-accredited registrar to another should they wish to do so.
Do a 'Karen' and demand to speak the manager!
Leave the registration at the same registrar, if the host is also the registrar --never do that again --use an independent domain registrar --I like namesilo.com but there are many out there Namecheap.com, GoDaddy.com and lots of others.
