Google Affiliate Network Datafeeds

Hey

I am interested in knowing how to obtain data feeds from Google Affiliate Network. On the Google Affiliate Network website, I see where merchants can publish data feeds, I just cant figure out how as an affiliate, where or how to get these data feeds. Can anyone help me?
