Hi
Does anyone know, If you buy a voiceover gig from Fiverr (where they use their voice to speak over your video) and you are using the video for affiliate marketing, do I have to pay for commercial rights in addition to the fee I pay for the voiceover gig. They usually charge about $10 per gig for commercial rights. I just want to be sure I am paying for something that is needed.
I hope someone can help.

One video will be used on Youtube and the second video will be used on my squeeze page.

Thanks
Nicolle

you pay & receive the deliverable. Be upfront, the more descriptive you are, the less you have to hope or guess that you are getting what you are paying for.

That is a commercial use isn't it?
Commercial means that you make money by using the product or its licensed copyright with the intent to profit -- use in commerce.
