Every day I am learning latest trends, software, programs, tactics
But from only 112 You Tube channels that I follow
This number becomes less every day
When I think a channel is too much self promote & doesn't give me enough value
At breakfast watching latest videos today this short video with flowcharts
Now I am really obsessed, because maybe it will help to save alot of time when I clone sites

"a flowchart is a visual representation of the sequence of steps and decisions needed to perform a process"

Project Notes

• Development work --> This week I focused on planning, scheduling & templates, only 1-2 hours adding products (normally 10-15 hours), this weekend launching all remaining websites (will have 10 in portfolio)
  
• Traffic & analytics stats --> Traffic avg 575 visitors per day, bounce rate has jumped from 46% to 65% because I have not been updating most used pages (why? just being lazy)
  
• Commissions earned --> banked $175 this week which is more than this month target ($150/week), but after next week target doubles from $600 (January) to $1,200 (February)
  
• New software tested --> Testing flowchart software to quickly complete repeating tasks, also using Google Docs to store all my new templates, this week I stopped making random notes, instead make flowcharts, graphs and diagrams
  
• Next week --> All sites must be live (x10) with affiliate ads ready for commission target increase, I've done enough preparation & planning to reach $100k commission by Christmas

**** --> '15/45 rule' its 45 minutes must be technical updates, software upgrades, editorial improvements, adding new products; other 15 minutes can be looking at Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Site Kit, keywords research, competitive research, product research - it means every website gets 3-4 hours per week of attention so I cannot afford to f*ck around get distracted

• Planning takes many forms (I'm using brainstorm, notes, templates, formulas, flowcharts, lists, comparison, diary)
• Discipline is like a firm decision, it's not boring or burden any more, because now I look forward to a set routine that will bring results --> $100,000 on December 31, and I keep repeating it until it happens !!

Please can you recommend any software for flowcharts or wire frame ?

I just 'roll my own' using Inkscape SVG editor

You make boxes, ellipses, circles and lines then c 'n p these. Then change the colors as you like and add the labels.

• Development work --> Ideas now I schedule time & date or trash (no more notes), Monday I'm start blueprint for my affiliate marketing business, from my template collection in Google Drive, it will be a PDF (maybe $1 e-book)
  
• Traffic & analytics stats --> Traffic avg. 450-500 visitor/day, sales increase because many countries closed shops and customer is buying online, weekends still best-selling days for fashion clothing
  
• Commissions earned --> banked $196 this week which again more than this month target ($150/week), but new target is $1,200 for February, so next week target is $300 commission
  
• New software tested --> Decided to play Google's little game and use mainly Google software until 2022, started testing online learning using Google Sites (calm down , it's just a test to see if Google Amp works with Google Sites, and see if I can rank it on Google Search)
  
• Next week --> Focus on pre-set schedule for entire month, most everything now setup, I don't plan any major changes until the market changes, will continue minor improvements and tweaking on all 10 sites

Fail to plan = plan to fail

Project Update

My commission targets posted January 5, 2021 were ..

1. Generate $5/day per site (x10 sites)
   
2. Generate $150/site total
   
3. Generate $1,500 total commission

What actually happened most of January?

• 1 site (fashion clothing/Amazon Associates) earned $778
• 9 sites were in production
  
• Main focus of January was planning
• All January targets failed
• Business expenses covered to April 1, 2021
• I deleted 7 non-fashion sites, now building 7 niche fashion sites (at same time) from site launch checklist

Learn from this important things ..

1. Start planning 2022 campaign on July 1, 2021
2. Complete new 2022 sites on October 1, 2021
3. Don't get involved with niches unless you understand them

My February 2021 commission targets are ..

1. Generate $10/day/site (x10 sites)
   
2. Generate $280/month/site (x10 sites)
   
3. Generate $2,800 total commission

However, I have seen others succeed by hijacking and improving the business models of others (economic disruption)

I have tried to follow all rules,
Because my target affiliate traffic is 100% SEO
But often Google ranks my affiliate competitor higher
Competitor has irrelevant content to query, and doesn't follow all rules
99% of the time competitor also paying for Google Ads
Google says there's no link between SEO & PPC
But either Google algorithm is broken, or Ads do affect ranking
This is very frustrating

Can include friends, family, vacation, parties

• Deleted all not fashion/clothing sites
• Big mistake to start promoting another niche (didn't take @T J Tutor's advice) as I'm not knowledgeable about gold, cannabis, online learning, prepper niches
  
• Sites 1 & 2 (fashion/clothing) are still live, and earning $25-$35 daily commission

Next

1. Tomorrow will launch fashion/clothing Site 3
2. Time every step pre-launch into checklist (Google Sheets)
   
3. Calculate how long Site 3 takes to clone (e.g. 1 day)
   
4. If 1 site/day, 10 fashion/clothing sites are live next Friday (not working weekends)
