experiences with buzzcity

What experiences do people have with buzzcity and have you made the traffic convert for you
I have used it in the past with little success

I tried using it for app installs and got some conversions but not a lot

Tried recently for a diet cpa and got no results both sending traffic to a landing page and directly to the offer.

There seems to be a huge amount of traffic on the platform and cheap too I would like to get it to work

I have set up am email capture landing page in-order to build a list and want to test that see if I get any results. I will be targeting Tier 1 countries

Has anyone got the traffic to convert or know what offers other than app installs work with the source
