Hey jay_718, if it's a legitimate list, do yourself a favor and don't exchange your list with someone to clean, it'll be a completely dead list once it's stomped on.

Do use impressionwise, then run that cleaned list thru bridge.

Yes, both, and if the list is small enough throw it into briteverify for good measure.
